                If you’re an entry-level professional Start by attending the 12 hrs. of workshop and certification program that qualify you to receive the Individual Outcome Practitioner™ (IOP™) Credentials from the LAAU, and if you’re an experienced mid-management professional, then start by attending the 16 Hrs. of  Workshop & Certification Program, which is an advanced level program designed to offer Actionable Guidance from an Accredited Agile Outcome & Innovation Trainer™ (AAOIT™) to Pursue the CLAP-OM-L1™ Credentials from the LAAU® that Qualifies you to become An Agile Outcome Practitioner™ (AOP™). This course enables you to start implementing some of your learnings of the Outcome Method irrespective of the type of the assignments to generate Service Outcome, Success Outcome, and Outcome.

               The Agile Outcome Practitioner™ (AOP™) holders are eligible to attend the CLAP-OM-L2™.  Successful completion of  CLAP-OM-L1™ & CLAP-OM-L2 qualifies you to receive the Advanced Agile Outcome Practitioner™ (AAOP™) credentials from the LAAU. The AAOP™ credential holders can generate the Service Outcome, Success Outcome, and Outcome at the Enterprise Level. This completes the learning of the Outcome Management Course Series. The complete course series includes IOP™, AOP™, and AAOP™. This includes 44 hours of learning to implement the Outcome Method at the enterprise level.

                The Advanced Agile Outcome Practitioner™ (AAOP™) holders are eligible to attend the CLAP-IM-L3™. Successful completion of  CLAP-IM-L3™ qualifies you to receive the Agile Outcome & Innovation Leader™ (AOIL™) credentials from the LAAU. The AOIL™ credential holders are trained experts to generate the Service Outcome, Success Outcome, and Outcome introducing frequent Innovations at the Enterprise Level. This completes the learning of the Outcome & Innovation Management Course Series. The complete course series includes IOP™, AOP™, AAOP™, and AOIL™. These 68 hours of learning to implement the Outcome & Innovation Method at the enterprise level.

                 Attending and completing the 16 Hrs. of Workshop and Certification Program from an accredited Agile Artificial Intelligence Trainer™ (AAAIT™) qualify you to become an Artificial Intelligence Professional Agilist™ (AIPA™) from the LAAU®). Yes, Your Journey to specialize in Agile Artificial Intelligence (AAI) and Business AI Starts here. Attending and completing the Agile Artificial Intelligence Course Series Level-1 qualifies you to become a qualified LAAU-AIPA™. The AIPA™s are eligible to attend the Agile Artificial Intelligence (AAI) Course series Level-2 and attending and completing the 16 hours of workshop and certification program qualifies you to become an Artificial Intelligence Product Professional™ (AIPP™) from the LAAU®.
