As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Lean Agile Audit University®, You agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Cancellation & Refund policy
As we always deliver the most current and relevant content, please note that the classes listed, contents, and schedule, are subject to change. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
For Instructor-Led Live online or On-site Training:
As per Our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Raise a refund request within 30 days before the scheduled training program so that the delegate would be receiving 90% of the full payment, If you raise a refund request less than 30 days before the scheduled training program you will receive 75% of the full payment, 50% of the full payment before 15 days, 25% Off the full payment before 10 days, and the delegate is not eligible to raise the request after that and the refund also will not be processed in this case. The Cancellation must be notified by email (info@leanagileaudit.university)
- In case Lean Agile Audit University® cancels an Event or Program, 100% of course fees will be refunded. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
Note: Irrespective of the mode (Online or Classroom) of the training, If you purchase a course with Special Offer, then the refund request has to be raised 30 days before the scheduled date after that and the refund also will not be processed in this case.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
Lean Agile Audit University® reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, Pandemic, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
- Raise a refund request within 30 days before the scheduled training program so that the delegate would be receiving 90% of the full payment, If you raise a refund request less than 30 days before the scheduled training program you will receive 75% of the full payment, 50% of the full payment before 15 days, 25% Off the full payment before 10 days, and the delegate is not eligible to raise the request after that and the refund also will not be processed in this case.
- In case Lean Agile Audit University® cancels an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
The refund request can be initiated in one way
Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Lean Agile Audit University®.
Note: Irrespective of the mode (Online or Classroom) of the training, If you purchase a course with Special Offer, then the refund request has to be raised 30 days before the scheduled event date after that and the refund also will not be processed in this case.
The Lean Agile Audit University® reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness. If necessary, you will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be refunded promptly. If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternately qualified presenters with equivalent experience.
Please be advised that events can be subject to changes in date and/or venue due to acts out of our control such as bad weather, civil unrest, etc. It is recommended that you purchase changeable and refundable tickets. The Lean Agile Audit University® will not be responsible for incurred costs if we need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control.
